Reserve residences are a great way to connect to the Sun Devil spirit and tradition that is at the core of Arizona State University. You will be placed in residential colleges next to classmates who share your major or career interests and are surrounded by residential staff who are prepared to help you succeed at ASU.

First year students live in residential colleges that offer programs, events and amenities designed to help them meet their academic goals and experience life at ASU. Your Resident Assistant (RA) is an undergraduate student who is committed to helping our communities form each year and getting to know you as a person.

The residential communities are staffed with full time Residential Community Directors and Assistant Residential Community Directors. The Residential Community Directors are master’s level professionals, and the Assistant Residential Community Directors are graduate students pursuing degrees at Case Western Reserve University, Kent State University and other institutions. They oversee the experience model, support residents, coordinate the program and supervise both graduate and undergraduate staff within their residential communities.

These residences provide you with a place to call home and a community of friends. They are designed to encourage you to live a life beyond your dreams and connect you to an experience bigger than yourself.

At Greystone Reserve, in Gulf Breeze, FL, you’ll find a wide variety of one-bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom townhomes for rent. Each apartment features spacious living spaces, desirable amenities and thoughtful design.

In-unit laundry, private bathroom with soaking tub and a fully equipped kitchen complete the list of luxury features found in these apartments for rent. Other amenities include a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center and half court basketball court.

You’ll also enjoy beautiful landscaping and a convenient underground heated garage. Each apartment is a dream home and offers a variety of floor plans to choose from.

Reserved Spaces for Group Study and Small Meetings

In addition to your living space, you’ll have access to several spaces in our residence halls and apartments. These spaces are available to both University and non-University groups and organizations for use during the school year. You must request these spaces through the appropriate campus offices and be a resident or group sponsor to receive permission to use them.

Reservations must be submitted at least 3 business days in advance to ensure availability. All requests are subject to review and approval by the Residence Life office. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of these spaces, please contact the Residence Life office at [email protected] or by calling 216-433-8100.

The Reserves are a great place to make new friends and build relationships with faculty, staff and other students. You’ll be able to take advantage of a variety of activities and facilities, including sports and recreational events, study areas and dining venues.

Our resident communities are staffed with a diverse mix of people who are committed to helping you succeed in your studies and have a great experience at ASU. Our staff consists of residential community directors, undergraduate and graduate student RAs, faculty, and professional staff.
